Communication is a key to the success of every organization. It does not only increase organizational excellence but also motivates people to come forward to discuss their concerns. Recently, real estate conglomerate RAV Group conducted a brainstorming session named “Path to Excellence.” This session aimed to familiarize the respective departments with ongoing concerns, discuss interdepartmental responsibility, and devise a policy for effective management through the mutual dialogue of concerned authorities.
