PHD (Agronomy) - Having more than 36 yrs. of experience in the field of natural Resource management. He retired from ICAR-Central Soil Salinity Research Institute, Regional Research station, Lucknow as Principal Scientist and Head. Dr. Singh also served as Consultant in International Rice Research Institute, East and Southern African Regional Centre, Tanzania. He is fellow of the National Academy of Agricultural Science.
