Mr. Vikram Sishodia, founder and CMD of RAV Group, started his corporate journey in 1991, working in the telecom sector as an executive. Upon realizing that a 9-to-5 job could not fuel his ambition, he started his own business. From telecom, his next step landed him in FMCG, where he experienced different challenges and worked with different professionals. His years of learning and experience helped him form an organization that not only offers a business solution but also a holistic approach to development. The major breakthrough took place on 31st August, 2012 when he formed RAV Group. Mr. Vikram is a sports person; he actively participates in various outdoor games like golf, cricket, cycling, and so on. He has been a successful businessperson for 30 years. He is also a motivational speaker, influencer, and business coach. He holds a master degree in humanities.
